At SJirani Dry Fruits, we take great care in packaging and delivering our products. Customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product delivered is incorrect
To be eligible for a return, the request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photos of the product.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds
Once the return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items are not eligible for return or refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
